There are many paths to healing and wholeness

I provide individual, family and group counseling, as well as yoga and mindfulness instruction as complementary tools for healing. There are many paths to wholeness and together we will determine your personal goals. Building on your strengths we will develop a plan to change your life.

My goal is to help you become happier, healthier, and more productive—to live the life you love!

Each individual is unique and capable of deep healing.  Based on that, I incorporate many different techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), The Neuroscience of Change, Mindfulness Practices, and Yoga.

My counseling approach is grounded in knowing that no matter how difficult your challenges, meaningful change is possible.
